I am not sure that 4.51 will do this. Groupshield 5.0 may, I will have to check. We currently use Webshield to handle the blocking of the internal attachments much as David Cook said that he does with MailMarshal.
It appears that this may be yet another case of how woefully inadequate Groupshield is when compared to anything else.
