My last PSS issue was about 28 hours on the phone. I fixed it my self
yesterday. But what I learned from PSS in that time was very Valuable.
It helped me to come the point of fixing the problem.

I have been through 4 so far depending on what time of day I am calling
in. They have all been helpful and not a problem at all -- except the
"problem" hasnt been solved yet! ;) So I guess it depends on what you
mean by "problem" ;)
