I have a "web farm" setup with NLB (2 FE's / 2 BE's) I have a veritual IP address for the Load Balancing for the FE's. This IP address has a DNS name of xzy.xxx.org. I use this DNS name for access to OWA for my clients. When I try to use this name for the default smtp address, I can't get access to my mailbox via OWA. Is there a problem with using the DNS Name as the default smtp address? Does the smtp address have to match the dns name at all... Can it be anything, say xzymail.xxx.org?
