Sometimes those with a little experience are not so tolerant of those with less. Newbie pointers to the archives and knowledge base tend to come with a lot of colorful hazing. The odd thing is that those that have been hazed and complained mightily about it, frequently appear a year or two later as some of the harshest slammers of newbies.
