No, some of the messages that have disappeared are messages that have already been read by the recipient. Message recall only works if the message hasn't been read.
Plus, I checked with some of the senders, and they said that they didn't recall the messages. He swears he hasn't created any rules or filters in Outlook (he's only been here 2 days, so he hasn't had much time), and since his PC is brand new, I know there's nothing leftover on it from previous users. And, considering he's on our Exchange 2003 server, I can't even tie the disappearing emails to a single server. Any ideas?
