Well, you can, yes, but not via "rules", per se. In Exchange System Manager, you go to the Mailbox Store properties, and on the bottom is a check box to archive all messages sent or received by this mailbox store to a specific location. It isn't a real good archiving solution, IMHO, and would result in an enormous mailbox fairly quickly, but it is an option, if one doesn't/can't spend any money on a real archiving solution. For a real archiving solution, look at K-Vault www.kvsinc.com

I know it can be done in Outlook but is it possible to set it on the server? If so, how? _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=& lang=english To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=&lang=english To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
