We use MessageLabs for virus and Spam filtering. The service we get is generally good & flexible but they do seem to be under-resourced leading to occasional delays in mail processing at their end.
We've also had problems with SpamCop & others classing one of their clients as a Spam source and blocking a MessageLabs IP address which results in a proportion of mail being blocked by organisations using the relevant blacklist.
