Not seen that, but is there a similar option that is in Android to remove cache and data for an app on an iPhone? With android if you don't do that you often end up where you started when you reinstall the account/app. ________________________________________ From: [email protected] [[email protected]] on behalf of Joseph L. I have a fully patched 2010 instance where I did several search-mailbox queries to remove some mail. All but the last worked fine, the last query removed all the desired mail however all remaining mail items have blank content in the device. While I was performing the search, I had a test vm open with an outlook client connected to his mailbox, it also exhibited the same behavior where email items appeared in the list but could not be opened. Closing OL and re-opening it resolved the issue. I opened his mailbox in owa and everything was fine. We removed and re-added the account in the device without help. His device is running 8.1.2. Anyone seen this before? jlc
