Using Jatheon with a ten year retention period since 2007 . Good support. Set it and forget it usually. Archive email retrieval is done via a web interface with a very granular search engine so if users are looking for an archived item they need to leave Outlook and search via the interface. Once users get past the learning curve they love it.
