You have the correct picture.
So the Executive have tasked me to manage her.

Very well. Customers need to be managed, too. :D Now that I have a clearer
picture, it appears that this customer is generating a great deal in fees,
which makes her a lucrative customer to keep, despite, the problems she has.

I'll stand by my statement, it's a management issue. The employee is doing
things she ought not be doing. Correcting it through technology is possible in
this instance, but it also means she's not really learning from her own
mistakes...

Nah,
We have a member that has gotten a hold of the board email address and feels it
is her responsibility to send every single complaint about every single thing
to the board and executives.
The executives are responding to her but really the board does not need to be
involved in her lack of check register accountability and every overdraft she
is causing herself.
And even after asking politely she continues to send rants on end.
I just want to stop the madness for the board.

Sounds like what we have here is a failure to manage.

Going to have to play with the rule a bit.
The Executives still want to work with this person but they emails that are
being sent do not need to go to the board.
Some are quiet vulgar.
So I think the redirect but rule is my best bet. Just have to get it tweaked.

I’d like to throw out that if you’re using an anti-spam solution, that I’d
block it or quarantine there if possible rather than with a transport rule,
though that likely wouldn’t work for redirecting.

Yes, of the address you want to block. That would be the from part.

Create a Contact with the email address, make a transport rule to either delete
or redirect.

I need to block one sender from getting email to my board.
I am thinking a Hub transport rule on my Exchange 2010 Hub servers.
Catch it before it gets sent to the recipients.(Board Members.)
And either send it to the Executive Secretary or just trash it?
How would I accomplish this?
