You have a spam filter in place that's blocking graphics files?

The difficulty is that we have a customer that swears they are sending
us important art files, but we aren't getting them. I've already added
the sender's domain to the whitelist.
 
They aren't reporting any NDRs.
 
Any way to track down the problem?

A list? You mean like actual content? No.

 

The e-mail is never delivered. That's one of the primary advantages of
DNS-RBLs.
