If you have logging turned up on the Edge/HT then you should be able to see
the drop.

The difficulty is that we have a customer that swears they are sending us
important art files, but we aren't getting them. I've already added the
sender's domain to the whitelist.

 

They aren't reporting any NDRs.

A list? You mean like actual content? No.

 

The e-mail is never delivered. That's one of the primary advantages of
DNS-RBLs.
