I'm not saying "once it hit the deleted items box *poof* it's gone!" We're just wanting the same functionality we had in Exchange 2003 when Mailbox Manager would run at, say 6:00pm at night and clean out everything in the Deleted Items folder. So am I stuck with having to have 1 day's worth of trash now that we're moving to 2010?

In my as yet relatively brief career, I've encountered several people who use the Outlook trash can as long term file storage. If they don't think they'll need it, they trash it, with the intent of going back and getting it if they want it later. To paraphrase a famous computer scientist: I am not able rightly to apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke such a behavior. -- Ben --- To manage subscriptions click here: http://lyris.sunbelt-software.com/read/my_forums/ or send an email to [email protected] with the body: unsubscribe exchangelist Information Technology Manager Virginia Opera Association E-Mail: [email protected] Phone: (757) 213-4548 (direct line) {+} Subscriptions and tickets are on sale now!?
