zero day retention?

So tell the corner office that zero is not an option, and they will have to
suffice with 1 day?

Not my call. This came from the corner office and has been in place in all
previous versions.
I know it won't take the zero value in the GUI. Haven't looked for the
equivalent in Powershell, but have a feeling it will bomb there too.

Do you really hate your users so much?

:-P

(Sorry, I don't know. I've never tested at zero. Seems pretty draconian.)

I'm working with our Exchange 2010 pre-SP1 server and want the Managed
Default Folders to purge everything nightly from the Deleted Items folder.
When I try to enter zero for the "Length of retention period" it complains
and says it has to be a value between 1-24855. Is there a way to make this
zero days so that everything is purged? If not, is there a workaround?
