We started off with WNLB, but I would definitely NOT recommend that. Microsoft doesn't recommend it anymore, either. We moved to a Kemp LM-2200, and have had no issues whatsoever with it. Was extremely easy to setup and get in play, and very inexpensive.
As Michael asked, you need to make sure your CAS servers are not on the same host, since that means you don't have redundancy after all.
