You have missed 10 CVEs apart from anything else:- http://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvekey.cgi?keyword=exim (qmail has 9, of which 2 appear to be an external package). However, as other people have said, the question is too broad to be sensible and the conclusion you draw is very dodgy.
