See lib/bogo.tcl which adds 'bogofilter' support. To enable it, go to the Preferences and select 'Baysian Spam Filter'. Enable 'use a filter' That will add a new pulldown menu 'Spam...' on the message display that gives you 4 options - "learn this email as spam/ham" and "learn this folder as spam/ham". One of the 'spam programs' already supported is 'sa-learn' for SpamAssassin, and there's other options for fine-tuning its behavior.
