I have a menu item in my EXMH that is titled "SPAM". The selections in that menu are: Learn as Spam Learn as Ham Learn Folder as Spam Learn Folder as Ham I have never used them, but they work in conjunction with the "Bayesian Spam Filter" setting in "Exmh Preferences". I see that spamassassin is one of the options for "Spam Program". Have you given these a try?
