Hi Clare

About running - best join a gym or you will die of pollution.

  About tennis, I don't know.

About swimming: I've been swimming in Moscow for several years now. I
recommend the pool at the Olympisy complex at Prospect Mira.
Wherever you swim you are going to have to go through the hassle of getting a
"propusk" which is a medical pass to say you are not a health hazard. Whoever
you are working for should be able to help with that.
Then you will need sandals and a swimming hat, and it will probably take a
couple of attempts to find out when it is possible/best to swim. But at least
this pool is good:)

  Best,

  James

Dear all

I am a UK teacher coming to Moscow for perm. work from next week and
I would love to find a tennis club (not so expensive) and people to
play with! (I am also keen to keep up my running and swimming)

thanks very much

clare
