Another good tennis club is Luzhniki (Metro Vorobyovy Gory). I like their outdoor courts a lot, and the price is only 600 - 800 roubles per hour. I've heard they also have indoor courts, but I don't know how they are or how much they cost per hour.
There is also Druzhba, right across from Luzhniki (same metro station), which I've heard is quite nice, although significantly more expensive. Feel free to respond "off list" if you're looking for somebody to play against or a running buddy. I strongly agree with the advice to join a gym. If you don't die from pollution, you'll get hit by a car. Good luck with your move.
