Hi Vincent, Re: Flat at Mayakovskaya I'd heard that real estate prices have recently been coming off around Moscow, so was pretty surprised that 45m2 without furniture commands $2500 month. Even more surprised that someone responding from this goodwill mailing list would be expected to pay a months rent to an agent. Isn't that a bit steep for a solicitation on this kind of publication?
