If you rent the appartment, you should apply to your landloard and he

Our neighbors above have some type of construction going on with
noise of
more than 100 db measurable in our apartment. As I understand from

neighbor, they are removing walls without permits. It's the 11th
floor of a
14 story building.
Is there a building construction inspection or other authority where
I can
call to complaint?
