Expats, Please forgive my equivocation between tenses in one sentence of my 1:55am email reply to Terry. I was not fully awake then. Although I was a bit shocked that another hoop was added to the "five year renewable" Resident Registration. Are there any bona fide courses that are approved by the УФМС?
Just goes to show that even Native English Speakers are human too and make mistakes in English not only spoken but written. So don't sweat making verbal or written mistakes. English is very resilient and we (Yanks at least) are very forgiving since most of us are only a one, two or a few generations removed from our ancestors' homelands.
