The file that specifies the packages to install is
/6.0/Mandrake/base/comps
It is a plaintext file. 

At line 2812, you have: 0 --hide Server 
The following lines contain the packages to install. Remember that it
always installs the base packages (lines 3-127).

If you don't want to modify the CD-ROM, you can create a kickstart file
with the packages you want to install.
