As I reported in another message my system is now up and running.
Used the boot-1805.img.

Now what I've found *after* installation:
It boots up and implements the hdparm-optimization during booting
(gives a green ok).
In dmesg I found:

Could it be, that the ISA DMA hang workaround makes it work and
wasn't in there before? Or what else?
