After upgrading to mandrake 6.0, incoming modem bandwidth has been
limited to 1k/sec, which is very annoying, as it is almost impossible to
do anything. I've run shapecfg, and nothing is enabled there, and I
don't know where else to look. Hopefully this can be resolved soon, as
it has been about the only problem i've have with 6.0 so far.
PS: I sent this to the newbie list a week or so ago but got no reply, so
hopefully someone here can help
