[expert] Netscape Short Cut keys

Every since I installed Mandrake 6.0 over my Redhat 5.1 instalation my
some of the short cut keys for Netscape have stopped working.

I can no longer use Alt <-  or Alt -> to go back and forwards. Also Alt O
has stoped opening the open dialog box. 

Does this have something to do with KDE redefining what those shortcut
keys should be doing? Or is it something with the version of Netscape that
comes with Mandrake?
