I'm using it.  I find it runs differently in root then it does with a
standard user.  root can use the logon dialogue boxes on some of the
sites I visit, a standard user can't, the netscape process just exits
when I try to use it and leaves a nasty lock behind.  Also, netscape
whines sometimes about a jar file being wrong but it looks like it's
trying to access a jar file that has had the suffix .old appended to it.
I am running the 128 bit encryption version.
