Some problems have been found when using LILO on SMP
(multi-processors) machines. Please upgrade to:
                     lilo-0.21-6mdk.i586.rpm

In reviewing the standards for SUBMITTING Mandrake rpm contributions, I note
that the rpms HAVE to know which directory they are installing to, so "where to
put it" is not a problem. I would say, install them all, you have room. Just
try to point to the right one (one of the SMPs) with lilo. If in doubt. you
can try each in turn (and sharpening your skills at reinstalling is the worst
thing that will happen.)

Some of the folk at MandrakeSoft may be able to give a much better answer than
I, but I am doing my best from the doc.

P. S. Thanks for the post on the memory. I had forgotten the sizing thing, ran
into it only once.
