First,  PLEASE turn off HTML. It makes it hard to read in
some non-MS mail clients. :-)
Second, how much RAM do you have and what brand (AMD,
Intel, etc) and speed processor are your two machines?
Also, how much swap space do you have? I'm suspecting that
it may be a speed/memory problem.
