I'm curious to know how you do backup, soft you use and device ?

I have a 36Gig raid and it's %90 full
I use a dat24 form HP and BRU for backup of all the machines and that
RAID.
I found out I could only put 12Gig on one DAT .. never could get 24
under any UNIX.
So it takes 3 night to bk everything .. this is really not ideal.
