The file you need to modify is "/etc/sendmail.cf". You need to define "DS"
in it. So, if your ISP's relay machine was "relay.isp.com", then you would
have the following line:
# "Smart" relay host (may be null)
DSrelay.isp.com
Now you can have your local clients hand their mail off to your machine,
and your machine will be able to hand their mail off to your ISP's mail
server.
Simple, but effective.
