Jason, to save yourself some time, look at http://www.computernerd.com
They're a retailer that sells tested processors for overclocking. They warranty them
to work at a certain speed for 3 years. The Celeron 366 is not necessarily
overclockable to 550, but it might work. Better to buy a tested processor than to
sift through the commercial
offerings.
The overclocking is simple. Just kick the bus speed. The 366 is 366 on a 66 MHz Bus,
408 on a 75 MHz bus, 456 on an 83 Bus, and 550 on a 100 Bus. There is also a petition
about for signature requesting Intel NOT to implement plans to remove the
multiprocessor function from
the Celeron pins which Intel is apparently considering. I think you can also find the
petition at that site.
