[expert] Mail

Quick one from a neophyte.
System:
2) Windows boxes
1) LM 6.0
     All connected via a small netwok using a hub. Want to set up linux
box to check mail for 3 or 4 different accounts and to be able to use
the mail clients (outlook) on the windows boxes to get the mail off of
the linux box. What is the best mail program to use as far as ease of
setup is involced? Qmail, Sendmail or Postfix
