fine, but very minimal and VERY slow! Takes forever for X to load. I am having a small

and where my mouse is? Is it a serial? Bus? Com1,2,3 or4? Thanks for all your help,

I have a similar setup for my masq server. I don't run X on it, and under
that constraint it provides excellent response for most purposes, and is
quite stable. (uptime: 7:01am up 132 days, 15:42, 2 users, load average:
0.00, 0.00, 0.08) Instead, to administer it I rlogin in, and have it use
my workstation as its X display. So I can run, say, emacs or printtool, on
it right from the comfort of my own chair.

As for your mouse, you have physical access to the machine, not me! Where
is it physically plugged in? Failing that, root around in /proc and see
what you find. Or get a copy of CheckIt.
