These are the closest commands I have:

$IPCHAINS -A input -s 224.0.0.0/8 -d $REMOTENET -j DENY
$IPCHAINS -A input -s $REMOTENET -d 224.0.0.0/8 -j DENY                

$IPCHAINS is the environment variable for /sbin/ipchains and 
$REMOTENET is xxx.xxx.xxx.0, which is my "external" network.
