Hmmmm,
These sound like Macmillan packages. The Power Pack is the Mandrake Distro
AFAIK. The "linux library" might refer to some O'Reilly books that are on CD,
one of the titles would be "Linux System Administration", or so it is in the
Power Pack.
If you read "COPYING" on the first CD, you will see that with appropriate
cautions, you might issue your own distribution using mandrake as a basis.
Therefore it might be grossly unfair to suggest Mandrakesoft must assume
responsibility for the mandrake based distributions of others, or their
advertising.
