dhcpd - daemon that assigns IP addresses to computers that logon inside your
internal network.
kudzu - autodetects hadware and any changes made to hardware since last
boot.
usb - starts usb service necessary to use Universal Serial Bus devices.
If someone else explains them more fully and/or adds explanations for the
others, I will add them to the page, then send a copy to Tom at
Mandrake-User.Org if he wants it.
