adding noauth in kppp arguments area worked for me, as long as I am 
logged in as root. If I log in as user, I get an error from kppp stating 
that the noauth command has to have root priviledges. Putting noauth in 
/etc/ppp/options worked for me without the above user error, however 
pppd just dies as soon as I login to ISP. Haven't figured out this one 
yet.

No matter what I try, I am still getting this error message:
