why don't we have a standard menu config for all linux machines.. that will
make sure the menus are same no matter what window manager we use.. prolly
the KDE, GNOME etc. guys shld listen to this!

when an rpm is installed, it shld ask the user if he wants to put it in his
menu.. or to put it in everyone's menu(assuming root is installing)..
that'll make things soo much simpler.. and its just the matter of a simple
GUI asking want to put in menu?,.. if yes, then where.. and its done!
