I want to know one additional thing: Can you print with the following option: lpr -P <your DJ895> -o Quality=normal /usr/share/cups/data/testprint.ps Before you give this command please update your "cups-drivers" and "ghostscript" packages as described on http://www.mandrakeforum.com/article.php3?sid=20001214090405 This invokes an option which I have deactivated because it does not work on some printer models. Please tell me whether you get the CUPS test page, something like a big barcode or something else. Please tell me what you get in the latter case. Thank you for your help, Till Tom Berkley wrote: > > Thanks for mentioning the cdj880 printer driver.
