There is more to it than xlockmore. I used `Drake 7.2 for about 2 months and went back to 7.1, `Drake 7.2 is slow and just to damn buggy! I was suffering alot of windows like lock-ups and such. I would run a program flawlessly for 2 weeks or more then out of the blue, it wouldn't work anymore! I never made any system changes, never upgraded anything, the program would just stop working. Nothing I did would revive it either. So `Drake 7.2 needs to mature a bit more and adopt the speed and stability of it's predecessor, 7.1. Just my opinion GSM1(SW)McDonald USN. Due to becoming over-ambitious with my settings a complete system- wide lock up was the result . It was eventually traced to an xlockmore prob through log files. I have since attempted to not have it running on any of my machines EVER. Now this is my inexperience speaking but since then That paticular problem has never happened again . However I still encounter xscreensaver and X problems in general when I become overly zealous with my settings with the little understanding I might have. xlockmore "Locked More" than I bargained for! :) MY 2 cents William Bouterse Talkeetna Alaska
