That's due to an effect know as quantum electron tunneling as the chip
heats up. Replace your cpu fan with a larger unit e.g. a Chrome Orb.
Fit an exhaust fan card to suck the air out and install a large inlet
fan in the front. If possible mount a secondary fan 3.5" aimed at the
cpu area this should keep the system temp down a bit.
