OK Al but that dos'nt answer the question, I ned to be able to telnet in
when at work to check the system, the proxy server I use dos'nt support ssh.
I also need to get back the telnet function as I use a node front end, which
for my use I telnet into it,, ie telnet localhost.
and since switching security levels to max and back down again, I cant get
telnet access, the rpmdb says that telnet-server is still installed.
At the moment I'm stuck with a machine I cate remotly get into or access the
front end
