The "Dont_read_this file was a dupe of the readme for those people who never 
read readme's :-) I figured telling them to readme didn't work so maybe 
telling them not to read it would make them read it. Dind't work.

Bug handeleer has now been improved. I am trying to hold off making new rpm's 
until 2.1 final now. It's a week away and I really do not want to waste the 
bandwidth.
