I've set up my kernel with ide-scsi, so that I can use my ATAPI CD drive for
digital audio extraction with cdrdao, which works fine. However, I cannot play
the audio CDs that I'm extracting from!
I've tried kscd and ascd, but neither work.
My ATAPI drive is /dev/hdd. With emulation, it shows up as /dev/scd0.
/dev/cdrom is linked to /dev/scd0. The following modules are loaded:

I've seen other postings on the net from folks with the same problem, but no
solutions. Anyone else run into this?
