Dear Alex:
Agreed. It was a false alarm on my part. I have already apologized for
this in an earlier post. I upgraded my KDE 2.01 to 2.1 earlier in the
week and all because of a misunderstanding I reinstalled LM 7.2 from
scratch. Then I found out that you can always open as many instances of
Netscape as you wish from WITHIN Netscape, which is preferable anyway
(from File, New, Navigator Window). So, feeling a little foolish but
wiser, I went back, upgraded my KDE 2.1 and then installed the IBM Java
machine to run with the fabulous new Konqueror (see my post on Java
earlier), and now I am as pleased as punch.
