I have not been able to get my Palm IIIc w/ serial cradle to connect at
all yet, though I have only tried Gnome-pilot. When I get to the point
in the link setup where it asks me to press the HotSync button, I do so
- and the Palm times out waiting for a response. On the Linux end, the
connection isn't picked up either.
The WinDoze HotSync works just dandy, but it's hard to migrate fully to
Linux without all the little doo-dads (like HotSync) that I have come to
depend on.
Guess I'll explore other options before giving up (again). Nothing gets
me revved up like a challenge. Good thing too ...
