[expert] aceleration slow

Hi, I have an ATI Rage fury maxx video card and  the aceleration in Open GL
es too slow, I can't play tuxracer or quake3.
The mesa are ok, the dri is ok and the x server is ok.
what's sap?????!!!!!
please help me!!!!!!!!!
