Not everyone has a Windows installation to boot to, you know.

I use Win4Lin - this way I can runWindows *within* Linux; no rebooting
necessary. And just about every Windows programs run - except for games and
things that utilize the DirectX video APIs.
Me, I've never gotten Wine to work with anything useful. And my time (and
aggravation!) is certainly worth less than the $60 that Win4Lin costs.
